This term at Sule College GHS, we are celebrating ‘Action against Bullying’ with our school counsellor, Ms. Reyyan Ates. During week 2, Ms. Reyyan organised Brett Murray, a leading Australian anti-bullying authority, to come in and give the whole GHS a presentation on Bullying and Motivation.
Who is Brett Murray? Brett Murray is an incredible individual who has turned an adverse upbringing into an inspiring life. 4 times nominee for Australian of the year Brett Murray has become an advocate for living a positive lifestyle from being a boy who at school was rejected and chronically bullied himself to the point of being suicidal.
Brett, through determination and an insatiable desire to succeed turned his life of low self-esteem and poor self-worth around, determined to rise above his antagonists Brett went on to compete at State level in no less than 5 sports, even becoming a State Champion Boxer. Brett is an international Author, a writer, director and producer with experience in the political and business worlds who presents to Primary schools, high schools, Teachers, Parents and is a must have in the corporate world. Now with a decade of professional speaking under his belt, Brett is someone you will want to hear again and again...
