Illawarra Sule College was established in 1999 in Shellharbour as an extension of Sule College in Sydney to cater for students outside Sydney. Similar to other campuses, it is co-educational and serves students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
There are two outdoor fields for sports, a gym and a mini basketball court. The Sule College Folk Dancing Group is a vibrant part of the school which attends multicultural festivals and other activities.
The students are also involved in the events such as Clean Up Australia Day and Harmony Day.
There are three bus services that run on a daily basis for the students.
